Terms of Service

Welcome to VantaSiteMedia. By accessing our website, booking strategy calls, or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms align with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Service Agreement & Scope

VantaSiteMedia provides custom web design, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, and business CRM automation services. The specific scope of work, project timelines, deliverables, and performance guarantees will be outlined in a separate written agreement or service proposal prior to campaign launch.

2. No-Upfront-Cost Website & Trial Model

For custom web designs, we build a preview of your website with no upfront design fees. If you approve the design, you agree to subscribe to one of our monthly website packages (Foundation at $197/mo or Growth at $297/mo) to host, maintain, and support the site. There are no lock-in contracts, and you can request cancellation at any time with 30 days' notice.

3. Guarantees and Australian Consumer Law

Our meta ads guarantee (10 leads in 30 days) and Google Ads guarantee (Page 1 in 7 days) are subject to the terms of your specific service agreement. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the ACL that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

4. Client Responsibilities & Content Ownership

To deliver our services effectively, you must provide VantaSiteMedia with necessary business information, logo files, images, and brand assets in a timely manner. You represent that you own the intellectual property rights to all content you provide. Upon payment of all outstanding invoices, you retain full ownership of the custom website design, domain name, copy, and graphic assets.

5. Billing and Payments

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Monthly packages are billed in advance via credit card or direct debit. Accounts that are overdue by more than 14 days may result in temporary suspension of web hosting and campaign management services until all outstanding charges are settled.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law under the ACL, VantaSiteMedia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data corruption, or operational delays) arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
